The Total Paid by me was actually over $ 4000 less than the next closest H-D Dealership, and that is for the EXACT SAME Bike with the exact same options. There's NO hidden Fees and NO hidden charges policy was a breath of fresh air. I recommend them to anyone looking to be treated fairly and with respect and also for the buyer that doesn't want to pay " unknown " Dealer Fees. Went to Eastern Harley looking for a used bike. Mike spoke with me for quite awhile. I was convinced to go new on a 2014 Super Glide. Mike made the process as simple as can be. Not like buying a new car where they try to fleece you at every opportunity. The Price mike gave me was the price i received, no funny business. Overall, very pleasant experience. Mike also gave me a reasonable price for my trade in.

Re: GOOD Dealers And Experiences. I would like to give a huge thumbs up to Eastern H-D in Riverhead NY. I am working out in that town, building the new Fire House. It is about a 65 mile ride for me each way. Today, as I started heading home, the regulator on my Fat Boy started crapping out. I was able to make it to Riverhead H-D on a prayer. Their service guys were top notch, and took my bike in right away, even though they were working on others at the time. They really could of takin' me for a ride (no pun intended). But they took care of me, and my bike, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. They only charged me a half hour in labor, and the cost of the part. Once again....thanks to the guys at Eastern H-D. I highly recommend them.

My overall experience with Eastern Harley Davidson so far has been excellent. My purchase of my new bike was smooth and painless. I recently used the service department which I am most satisfied with also. They got me right in and fixed promptly, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Eastern Harley for all your biking needs.

I purchased my bike used and privately. However since my purchase I have not stopped adding, changing or collecting Harley stuff. Linda has gone out of her way for me every time I have gone in. There tech's Todd and Jay are some of the best around. Todd was very informative and a real pleasure to deal with. This was a first for me since I turn my own wrenches most of the time and not all techs are as helpful. If I ever get in over my head my Road King is going to Eastern to Todd and Jay that's for SURE.
